  • Processing Time:

    All items are made to order with love and care. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

    Shipping Locations & Delivery Times:

    We currently ship to the following locations:

    • Hong Kong & China: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.
    • Macau, Taiwan, Singapore: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after processing.

    Shipping Rates:

    • Free Delivery: Available within Hong Kong.
    • Outside Hong Kong: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

    Order Tracking:

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

    Delays:

    Megethos Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

    Returns & Exchanges:

    All products at Megethos Prints are made to order to ensure quality and uniqueness. Because of this:

    • We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.
    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you experience any issues.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Sale or clearance items
